Kidult’s training programs are based on intensive fitness training, and our coaches provide detailed feedback on areas where you need improvement and enhancement for competitions. This is a comprehensive fitness training conducted in collaboration with professional coaches, and students will experience positive results such as increased strength, flexibility, and stability through these learning contents. We are dedicated to providing high-quality fitness training to help students achieve their fitness goals. 

Beginner Level
Less than 1 year experience
