1. All course or activity fees are settled in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to the display on the website.
2. Within three working days after the student completes the registration, the club staff will contact the student via WhatsApp or phone. If there is no contact, please WhatsApp or call 5419 4911 to check with the club staff.
3. The club only accepts local bank transfer, FPS and PayMe payment. If the students have direct or indirect risks or losses during the transaction, the students need to bear the risks or losses by themselves, and the club does not need to take any responsibility.
4. Students must fill in all the information in the registration form and submit a payment receipt that meets the requirements when submitting the registration.
   1. Bank transfer: Provide a photo of the transfer (on the paper) or screenshot (online transfer), and must have the club’s bank number, transfer date, correct amount and transaction number.
   2. FPS: Provide a screenshot of the transfer, and must have the club’s mobile phone number, transfer date, correct amount and transaction number.
   3. PayMe: Screenshots of successful transfers and the name of the club must be provided.
5. All registration fees must be successfully paid before the course or activity starts, otherwise the club has the right to regard it as a waiver of registration, and also reserves the right to reject students who have not paid the fees.
6. The club reserves the right to refuse any application submitted after the start of any course or activity (ie, transfer registration).
7. The club reserves the right to refer or arrange students to more suitable courses (ie promotion or demotion).
8. All students participating in the “Regular Course” must pay the fee before the start of the first class of each course.
9. The club is admitted on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The club is not responsible for any student who submits registration or pays fees after the first class of the course, resulting in a delay in processing and an unsuccessful registration.
10. Courses organized by this club will charge new students a permanent membership fee. All relevant fees and arrangements will be notified to students before the course starts.
11. All fees paid will not be refunded.
12. Once paid, students cannot switch courses or transfer places to another student, and all fees paid are non-refundable.
13. All courses must be taught by the students themselves and cannot be replaced by others; once found, the club has the right to terminate the students’ qualifications for classes, and all paid fees will not be refunded.
14. If the course fails to start due to insufficient enrollment or other special circumstances, the club will notify the students before the start of the course; the fees will be transferred to next season.
15. In case of special circumstances, the club reserves the right to change the original coach, class time and location of the course or activity.
16. If the student refuses to pay the relevant fees or fails to make arrangements to meet the needs of the course, the club reserves the right to terminate the student’s qualification for class, and all fees paid will not be refunded.
17. If the coach or staff of the club observes that the student’s physical condition is not suitable for class, the coach or staff has the right to suspend the class to ensure safety.
18. All personal information provided in registration will only be used for registration, club promotion or student contact, and the club will not transfer it to any third party for any purpose.
19. The content of this club’s website is for viewing purposes only and is protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws. No one may copy, reproduce or manufacture products without the consent of the Club.
20. Students must understand and agree to voluntarily participate in courses or activities, and are willing to bear any property loss, risk and casualty, the club does not need to take any responsibility.
21. The club reserves the right to revise the terms of service and instructions for students at any time.
22. In case of any disputes, the club reserves the right of final decision.
